Managing your connections
Everything dexi is connected to lives in one place: open your dashboard and choose Connections. From there you can connect a new account, check the health of an existing one, queue a fresh sync, or remove a connection entirely. Removing a connection revokes dexi's access with the provider and stops all future indexing.
The dexi app for Stripe
dexi's Stripe app is free and read-only: it lets dexi answer questions about your revenue, customers, payouts, and disputes. It cannot create, modify, or move anything in your Stripe account.
- Connecting: open Connections in your dashboard and choose Connect on the Stripe row, then approve the access on Stripe's page.
- Seeing your data: ask dexi. Text it about revenue, customers, failed payments, or disputes and it answers from the connected account. The dashboard shows no money screen on purpose: figures reach you in the conversation rather than sitting on a page anyone glancing at your screen can read.
- Disconnecting: remove the connection from the same panel, or uninstall the dexi app from your Stripe dashboard under Settings → Installed apps. Either path revokes dexi's access.
- Deleting mirrored data: email zacharylukavsky3@gmail.com and we will delete the Stripe data dexi holds for your account.
Common questions
Why does a connection say it needs to be reconnected?
The provider stopped honoring dexi's access — usually because the grant expired or was revoked. Open the connection and choose Reconnect; your existing indexed data is kept.
How fresh is my data?
Most connections keep themselves current as providers report changes. Each connection shows when it last synced; if something looks stale, Sync now queues a fresh scan.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in your dashboard and choose delete account, or email zacharylukavsky3@gmail.com. Deletion removes your indexed data and revokes every connection.
Security
