Acceptance

By creating an account or using dexi, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use dexi.

What dexi does

dexi is a personal assistant you reach through your messaging apps. When you connect accounts like Google, dexi can act on your behalf — reading and drafting email, managing your calendar, and handling everyday tasks you ask of it.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use dexi. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Connecting your accounts

When you connect a third-party account (such as Google) or a messaging number, you authorize dexi to access and use that account to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.

Actions dexi takes on your behalf

You direct dexi to act for you — for example, sending an email, scheduling a meeting, or making a booking. You are responsible for the instructions you give and the actions that result. dexi is designed to check with you before anything significant that sends, spends, or deletes, but you should review important actions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use dexi to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Send spam, harass, or deceive others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Violate the terms of any account or service you connect.

AI output

dexi uses artificial intelligence, which can be wrong or incomplete. You should review dexi's output and any actions it proposes before relying on them. dexi is a tool to assist you, not a substitute for your own judgment or for professional advice.

Availability and changes

dexi is offered on an as-available basis and may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features, and we may suspend or limit the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

Fees

Termination

You may stop using dexi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service and its users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of dexi after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
